Student version v3.11

This is a Windows-based version of version 3.1 of the Microtran package where the size of the network that can be simulated has been severly restricted to 18 nodes and 12 branches. Otherwise it is fully functional and should give an idea ofo how the full version of the package works. (file size 13,967 kB)
